3D printing is the common name for additive model making. Historically, models were made by hand and/or using a subtractive process such as lathing. 3D printing achieves results from the bottom up…building layer upon layer of material until the model is made. Imagine taking your creation and slicing it horizontally into layers…this is exactly how our process works. Taking digitally “sliced” layers and in effect “printing” them one on top of another until a full model is made…in full color and with the highest resolution available today!
Impact 3D Models, LLC provides technical support services, 3D software training, manufacturing, and distribution of custom 3D printed physical models. We use the most current technology with the highest resolution resulting in a full color, high quality 3D model with a fast turn around time.
